Invigilation contracts for 2019 are currently being organised. If you are interested in invigilating during 2019, please let us know by responding to this email ASAP.
Contracts will be valid for a 12 month period back dated from 08/01/2019 till 31/12/2019.
Confirmation of your interest to be an invigilator will need to be received no later than 1/2/2019
You will be notified via email when your contract is ready to sign.
A copy of your driver’s license or another form of photo identification, (student cards are not accepted) your bank details and a completed tax file declaration will need to be supplied to HR.
Note: To be eligible to invigilate you must be a citizen, permanent resident or on other visa that permits you to work.

I am pleased to offer you employment as an Exam Invigilator at the Faculty of ---. Please find attached your Letter of Offer and other relevant documentation.
Below are instructions for submitting documents to HR and accessing timesheets on MyHRonline. Please ensure you forward all documents directly to HR long with this email.
New Staff
You will need to complete and email the documents below to ---@---edu.au (email heading should be “Casual Contract – [Name]”) by Monday 11 February 2019 along with this email. Please CC us in:
1. Completed Casual Appointment Form (please complete employee details)
2. Signed Letter of Offer (page 9)
3. Bank Account Form
4. Copy of proof of identity
5. Tax File Number Declaration Form (available here)
How to get your staff number
Once all your documents have been received and processed by the HR Service Centre you will receive a completed “ticket” email that includes you staff number.
How to get your unikey
Your student and staff unikey accounts should link once your paperwork is processed. Please contactICTfor further information or to find out your unikey (call ---- ----).
How to get paid
All claims for payment must be made online via MyHRonline.
You will need a unikey to log in.
You will only be able to enter your pay claims once your contract has been processed and only during the contract date period.
Timesheets operate in fortnightly pay cycles. Do not submit timesheet after entering a claim if you know you will be working more than one shift in a pay cycle. Instead, enter the hours as you work them and the system will automatically ‘save’ your progress. At the end of the fortnight submit all hours worked.
Only submit for every fortnight that has activity.
