HDRの雑務

HDR profile

Dear ---,

As a Higher Degree Research (HDR) student of the University of --, we invite you to request your HDR student profile which will appear on the University's webpage.

This profile will assist you in growing your professional research standing as you will be searchable on the University's website promoting collaboration between you and your peers. You will also receive a personal URL which can be included on business cards and social media.

Your HDR Profile will include the following information:

  • Full-name and Title
  • Supervisor Details
  • Email
  • Publications and Grants
  • Thesis Title and Thesis Abstract

If you need to make further updates to your Thesis Title and Abstract, please do so via -- Student. Information on how to update your Thesis Title and Thesis Abstract is available here

In order to complete the request, you need to log into the Research Portfolio Manager (RPM) using your UniKey and password, read and provide 'consent' to activate. You are able to withdraw your consent at any time.

To request your profile, please click http//--

The Research Portfolio will then need to check your publications and grants. The verification process may take a week in most cases. Once this verification has been completed, your profile will be displayed on the University website.

A few things to remember for the future:

  • You are able to update your personal information for a HDR Student profile by logging in to -- Student using your UniKey (go to 'My details', then 'Personal details').
  • If you would like to remove your profile, log into RPM using your UniKey and password. Select the 'Higher Degree Research Student' tab and select 'I do not consent'. Your profile will be removed within 24 hours
  • If you would like to reactivate your profile after removal, log into RPM using your UniKey and password. Select 'Higher Degree Research Student' tab and select 'I consent'.
  • If your publication and or grant data is incorrectly displayed (or missing) on your HDR profile, please contact  --@--.edu,au to have your publication and/or grant data updated. Once the Research Portfolio office has updated your publication and/or grant data within their system, this will display on your profile within 24 hours.
  • For more information as to how to maintain your profile please click here.

Thank you for participating in this exciting HDR initiative.

Yours sincerely,

Professor --
Chair, Senior Executive Group - Research and Training Committee
Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Education)

MPhil/PhD

HDR acheivement 2018

Hi All

We’re collecting research achievements on --- HDR students for a report, and would appreciate if you could share with us any of the following achievements that happened in 2018:

  • Research output: conference presentations, prizes, grants, scholarships
  • Media releases, news items
  • Experience in exchange programs
  • Participation in community events
  • Other HDR achievements

Please let us know by next Wednesday 20th February.

Thanks and cheers,

---

Hi --

Thanks very much and kudos for all the hard work!

Cheers,

S

KUDOS←?
