Annual Progress Review 2019 (APR2019) のコメント
去年は確か、フィードバックまで4,5日かかったような記憶があるが、今年はなんと24時間で来た！

APR2019のコメントを読んだ感想は、評価内容に満足です！。初対面の人にたった7分のインタビューしてもらって、ネガティブがないなら上出来だし単純に嬉しい。
今年2019のAPRのコメントはこれ↓

〇〇 started March 2017, she has one study completed, manuscript is submitted; two poster presentations this year. She has a clear plan for subsequent studies, with a Delphy planned (Ethics applied for) and one other feasibility study also planned for next year. She has not given any oral presentations yet due to language barrier, but is planning to next year. She is on track with her candidature and a very keen student.

→英語はまだまだ自信がないと伝えたことがこんな感じで書かれるとは笑。英語に自信がないからオーラル発表してないのは事実は事実なんだけど...日本ではプレゼン数回やってるからね！She has not given any oral presentations yetではないのだが笑。このあたりも私のアプリケーション読んでないのが伝わってくる〜
→初対面でたった7分のインタビューでa very keen studentと言ってもらえたのは嬉しい。このveryってのがポイント！

このAPRのコメントをもらったタイミングで私はとんでもないうっかりに気がつきました。
私、スーパーバイザーのコメントをうっかりすっかり読むの忘れてた！笑
8月末はP1をダダダダダ〜っと仕上げて、日本へバタバタバタバタ〜っと帰国し、ササササ〜っシドニーに戻ってきて、アブダビへワクワク〜で出かけたので、忘れるのも当然よ←すべて言い訳？
そもそもAPRアプリケーションとは？

の4部から構成されています。
まずはHDRの学生が決められた期限までにオンラインアプリケーションに必要事項を記載して提出すると、スーパーバイザーへメール連絡がいきます。そこでスーパーバイザーがに必要事項を記載して手続きは一旦終了。
APR後にレビュアーのチェアが代表してアプリケーションの必要事項を記載すると、HDRの学生の元へ連絡がくる。最後にHDRはレポート全て読んで、読んだ確認と何かコメントを足したければコメントを記入。
ということで3人がかりで完成させます。HDRはいつでもログインしてこのレポートをみることができます！←それなのに私はスーパーバイザーのコメントをチェックしなかった泣。最低な弟子です。

→嘘はなく話も盛ってない感じが文面から伝わりました。だから素直にこのコメントを受けとめようと思います！相当嬉しい！他の学生よりも、時間を割いては色々挑戦していることに対してスーパーバイザーが評価してくれているのかなとも私にはとれました。

って文章すごい。この文章一番グッと来た！私は確かに毎日ちゃんとやろうと努力はしているのだけど、それでも思うようにはいかなくて失敗の連続。だから遠回りに物事進めてしまったときは自分で自分に疲れちゃったりしてね。a systematic and diligent mannerでって書かれると、なんだか恥ずかしさすら感じる。アラフォーだからできて当たり前のことなんだけど、なんだかあたらため書かれると、日頃の努力が報われた感をたくさん感じました！
大人になると誰かに評価される機会はグッと減るので、年に1回だけこうして直属の上司(スーパーバイザー)と第三者(レビュアー)から評価してもらえるのは、とても励みになります！日々のコツコツとストレスが報われた感じです！
