何度もブログに書いてきたけど、2020年9月は学会発表のためスペインへいき、学会後は友人達とバケーションをとろうと計画していた。
(;´･ω･)もちろんコロナの影響で公式中止発表待ちとなっていた(年末への延期説もあった)。
スーパーバイザー情報の通り、今月のアブスト締切後に発表された。なんでアブスト提出後なのかは不明。
Given the current situation with the COVID-19, 学会 and its co-host, the General Pharmaceutical Council of Spain, have taken the decision to reschedule 学会. Postponing our annual congresses has been a difficult decision for our associations but has been led by responsibility, trust and solidarity: your safety and the well-being of your communities are our priority.
The new dates for the 80th 学会 will be 12 – 16 September 2021, and 14-16 September 2021, respectively.
We will continue to work with all our partners to ensure a successful and vibrant congress.
丸々1年延期になった。ちょっと驚き。こ年、翌翌年のスケジュールが決まっている大きな学会だけに、1年延期だけはないと思ってたけど、、
2020年スペイン→2021年へ
2021年オーストラリア→2022年へ
2022年南アフリカ→2023年へ
スーパーバイザーがいうには、この学会はあまりにも規模が大きな学会なので、完全に中止にすると会場キャンセル代を含め損失額が半端ないらしい。損失額を最小にするために丸一年ずらすという決断になったと、、、。へえ〜。それより、2021年ブリズベンの会場手配ももう終わってるのに色々と本当に大変そう…ね。
Registrations already paid for will be transferred to the 2021 congress. We understand that positions and delegations could change, so we will not be charging name change fees for those already registered and paid should the originally registered participants be unable to attend in 2021.
For those registrants who wish to cancel their registration, a full refund will be made, minus an administrative fee of 10%, in order to help FIP, which is a non-profit organisation, to survive the huge financial setback of rescheduling this congress.
もちろん、キャンセルの対応もしてくれる。PhDの1人が既にレジスト済みらしく、悩んでた。私はまだレジストしておらず、セーフ！
ということで、
うれしいのは、
1年延期になったことで、来年はブリズベンではなくスペインだ!!
心配なのは、
2022/2023年はどこで何をしているのかわからないので、ブリズベンと南アフリカは行けないかも泣…。
(/ω＼)神様よ、もしあなたが存在するのなら、どうか私を南アフリカまで導いてください。2年後の南アフリカがだめなら、せめて来年はスペインは行けるようにPRSS3500ドル獲得へ導いてね。ね？

そう、今年は何処にも行けへん。完全にアブスト貧乏。研究頑張ってせっかくたくさんデータ持ってるのに、アブスト書くだけ書いて、お金払って、ウェブ内に掲載されるだけ。
これでは報われないなぁ(TдT)そういう運命みたいね。
