先週木曜Ｐ3をサブミット。
その翌日金曜に書類不備でP3が戻ってきた。
ズコッ！
完全に私の凡ミスが含まれていたのでお恥ずかしい。今回は第3希望ジャーナルへサブミットするにあたり下調べをあまりせずに提出しました（←確信犯）。油断してた。反省中。。。
今回の連絡はもちろんメールで。金曜17：41、自宅へ帰る途中にふとメールに気づく。

7項目も指摘があったのだけど、道を歩きながら携帯でさささと確認した感じでは、数は多いけど1時間もあれば修正が終わる、と思った私はお気楽ハナキンやろうでした！笑
金曜夜ご飯食べてから作業開始。
金曜夜21時から23時半、
土曜10時半から15時半、
土曜なんてラグビー観戦にいく直前までやったけどそれでも終わらず。
月曜も多くの時間を使ってようやく完成してサブミット。
なんでしょうか。
悲しすぎる。
最近調子に乗ってたからバチがあたったみたい。神様、頑張るから許して。。

今回の指摘のなかで、調べるのに一番時間がかかったのが"Patient and Public Involvement”。これをmethod section にsubheadingで入れ込み、患者や一般市民の研究への介入に関してステートメントを述べる必要があったみたい。
Authors must include a statement in the methods section of the manuscript under the sub-heading 'Patient and Public Involvement'. This should provide a brief response to the following questions:
How was the development of the research question and outcome measures informed by patients’ priorities, experience, and preferences?
How did you involve patients in the design of this study?
Were patients involved in the recruitment to and conduct of the study?
How will the results be disseminated to study participants?
For randomised controlled trials, was the burden of the intervention assessed by patients themselves?
ちなみにこれはauthors guideにはこれについては書かれていなかった。今回の指摘を受けて改めて読み返すと、P3を提出するWEB上のアカウントにnew instructionとして説明があった。私の解釈が間違っていたことも判明してショック倍増。

比較的最近のポリシーのようで、最近のパブリケーションにしか使用されていないことが判明。最近パブリッシュされていてもサブミット時期が古めだと"Patient and Public Involvement”が入ってなかったりしてさ、あせる！
とりあえず作戦、直近のパブリケーションの中から私と同じようなデザインの研究を探してそれを参考に書きたかった（←過去形）。
結論、なかったのよ！
だから結果的に自分らしく書いた(笑)←スーパーバイザーは助けてくれないしさ、本当に孤独よ。
この研究は患者さんへの介入そのものはないけれど、患者さんのデータを使用するにあたり患者同意書を取得が必要だったの。だから単純にそれを述べるとなんか矛盾がうまれちゃうのよ。
ようは、Ethics approvalで、"This study involves human participants and was approved by XXX Ethics Committee in Japan (20 March 2020, XXX). Informed consent was obtained from all XXX and XXX."患者から同意取得をとった、と述べてておきながら、
Patient and Public Involvementで、"Patients and/or the public were not involved in the design, or conduct, or reporting, or dissemination plans of this research.”患者への介入はなかった、って述べるとなんだか矛盾してて気持ち悪いのよ！
