木曜にお願いされた案件。頑張って仕上げて、今日稼働した。

木曜に依頼されて、六月中旬までに（私が日本へ一時帰国するまでに）やってほしいと言われたデータベース構築。稼働まで6日しかかかってない。よくやったよ本当に。

I know you are incredibly busy at present.
XX and I wondered whether instead of completing the Dashboard before June, I could ask for your help in building a small separateREDCap project folder for collecting screening data?
I have attached a template of the data we are looking to collect. I will also add this to the update of the protocol which is going to ethics, although I think there are minimal ethical implications.
Please let me know your thoughts. Alternatively, if you could instruct me to build it. That would be another way of doing it.

他の人に依頼したらこうはいかないよっていいたい！とにかく1週間以内に稼働できてよかった（本来なら研究開始と同時に収集するべきデータなんです）。

正直ね、このデータいるよね？、って当たり前のデータの依頼だったか急な依頼ではなくて、本来はもっと早くにやるべき案件。これに限らずね、他でもこんなことよくある。開始前から何度か言ったのに取り合ってもらえず、結局直前になってからしれーっとやると言い始めるパターンや始まってからやるパターン。
今回もやること自体はわるくないのだけど、なんなんそれ？っていう内容が含まれてたから、一部は勝手に変更した。データベースは土曜に送りつけたけど、提案の連絡は朝7時にメールで。何についてはぁ？なのか、ブログに書くのははばかれるので、私のメールみて察して欲しい。

I am concerned about Question 3 in the Pre-screening process (A) - 'How long does this usually take you?'.
It is clear that the amount of time required for pre-screening varies each day. Instead of asking this question, RAs should report the time they spend on identifying potential participants each day.
Once all the data collection is completed, we can calculate the total time spent on the pre-screening process as well as the average, median per cluster.
This approach is more reasonable and provides clearer data for research purposes. For example, we could state, 'The median time for the pre-screening process was 45 minutes (IQR: 36-49 minutes and/or range: 15–70 minutes).'"
In addition, it could be useful from management perspectives. For example, if RA reported that she spend 3hours on pre-screning, we could identify any potential issues she may have.

It’s great! The RAs will be very pleased with it’s simple and logical structure.
Great idea to collect the time taken for RAs to generate their list. This should be easy for them to collect as they do it every day.
木曜に依頼受けて、金曜午後と土曜午前で完成させたんだよ。えらくない私？月曜のミーティングに向けて大ストレスと仕事量と戦っていたのにこれ緊急案件だからしあげたの。これを緊急案件ともとらえず一カ月でやってだなんて、データコレクションはじまってますけど？って言いたい。研究なのに緻密じゃないの嫌だ。
でも問題は月曜日は私がミーティングで激務だったため、月曜は夕方まで全くノータッチになったこと。夕方になってらやっとPMと話して微調整、火曜にまたPMから追加依頼受けて項目追加、火曜夜にようやく完成したわけ。疲れた。メインの仕事なんとかしなきゃなのに。
やばい。本当に時間がなくてやばい。明日はRちゃん、明後日はAちゃんと対面でミーティング。私がRayyanとEndnoteのやり方を教えることになってる。一般的な使い方だと時間が足りないので、最も効率の良いやり方で順序立ててやらないとだめなんです。
って感じ。今夜も頭がパニックなんです。ブログ書いて気持ちだけ少しスッキリしたけど、とにかくレビューに関しては大変。本当に何か良い案がないか日々考えてます。実はようやく今朝閃いたので、それで行けそうでほっとしてるとこ。
今夜はお好み焼き、お味噌、サラダ、で久しぶりに胃がちぎれそうになるまでたべた。
昨夜もあまり眠れなかったので今夜こそ寝たい。
